  1. Ondoa filamu ya kinga kwenye akriliki.

2-Weka bodi kwenye meza kama inavyoonyeshwa kwenye picha, upande ulio na shimo sawa na bodi ya R3, tunauita A; nyuma ni B. Hii itakusaidia kuepuka makosa wakati wa mkusanyiko.

3-Weka standoff ya M3x24mm na skrubu za M3x6mm katika nafasi kama inavyoonyeshwa hapa chini.

5-Weka TT Motor nyingine, tahadhari sawa inahitajika kuhusu mwelekeo wa shimoni la pato na mwelekeo wa kebo.

6-Tumia skrubu za M3x6mm kuweka standoff ya M3x12mm katika nafasi kama inavyoonyeshwa hapa chini.

7-Ambatisha standoff ya M2.5x11mm nyuma ya gari na skrubu za M2.5x6mm.

8-Tumia skrubu za M3x6mm kuweka gurudumu la kizunguzungu.

9-Kuvaa magurudumu 2 na muundo wa msingi wa gari umekamilika.

10-Ambatisha moduli ya L9110 na skrubu za M2.5x6mm.

11-Kusanya moduli mbili za IR Obstacle na skrubu za M3x12mm na nati za M3.

Geuka upande wa B

Kumbuka

Inashauriwa kwanza kuimarisha standoffs za M3x24mm kwenye moduli ya Line Track.

Kumbuka moja muhimu: pini za sensor ya mstari ni laini kidogo na zinatoka kidogo kuelekea mashimo. Wakati wa kufunga standoffs za M3x24mm, tumia shinikizo la upole kusukuma pini za sensor kando kidogo.

12-Geuka upande wa B na ambatisha moduli ya Line Track na skrubu nne za M3x6mm na standoffs mbili za M3x24mm.

13-Gandamiza velcro kwenye betri ya 9V na weka klipu ya betri. Gandamiza sehemu nyingine ya Velcro kwenye gari ili kuimarisha betri.

14-Geuka upande wa A na weka bodi ya R3 na skrubu za M3x6mm.

15-Ambatisha breadboard mbele ya gari. Baadaye, utaweza kuongeza vipengele tofauti (k.m. moduli ya ultrasonic) kwenye breadboard kama inavyohitajika kwa mradi wako.
