Kodi ya Arduino na video ya kihisi cha kuinamia (tilt sensor)

Mradi huu unaonyesha jinsi ya kutengeneza kihisi cha kuinamia (tilt sensor) rahisi kwa kutumia Arduino. Kihisi hiki kinaweza kutumika katika matumizi mbalimbali ambapo kugundua mabadiliko ya mwelekeo ni muhimu. Hapa kuna mawazo kadhaa:

  • Roboti: Jumuisha kihisi cha kuinamia kwenye mkono wa roboti ili kugundua nafasi na mwelekeo wake.
  • Mifumo ya Usalama: Tumia kama swichi ya kuinamia kwa kengele ya usalama, ikianzisha tahadhari ikiwa kitu kinahamishwa.
  • Ufuatiliaji wa Viwandani: Fuatilia kuinamia kwa mashine au vifaa ili kugundua hitilafu au ukosefu wa utulivu.
  • Vidhibiti vya Michezo: Jumuisha kwenye kidhibiti cha michezo maalum kwa ajili ya pembejeo zinazotegemea kuinamia.

Mradi huu unatumia moduli ya kihisi cha kuinamia, microcontroller ya Arduino, na vipengele vichache vya msingi kuunda mfumo wa kugundua kuinamia unaofanya kazi. Kihisi hutoa ishara ya chini (low) kinapoinamia, ambayo Arduino huitafsiri kuwasha LED na buzzer (katika video dakika 00:18).

  • Kihisi cha Kuinamia GND hadi Arduino GND
  • Kihisi cha Kuinamia DO hadi pin 2 ya Arduino
  • Mguu chanya wa LED hadi pin 8 ya Arduino kupitia kipingamizi cha 220Ω
  • Mguu hasi wa LED hadi Arduino GND
  • Mguu chanya wa Buzzer hadi pin 8 ya Arduino
  • Mguu hasi wa Buzzer hadi Arduino GND

Maelezo ya Msimbo

Msimbo wa Arduino umeundwa kusoma matokeo ya kihisi cha kuinamia na kudhibiti LED na buzzer ipasavyo. (katika video dakika 04:30)

Msimbo unasoma hali ya kihisi cha kuinamia kwa kutumia digitalRead(). Ikiwa kihisi kimeinamia (LOW), LED na buzzer huwashwa (HIGH); vinginevyo, huzimwa (LOW).

Kazi ya delay(200); (katika video dakika 07:16) hudhibiti mzunguko wa usomaji wa kihisi. Badilisha thamani hii ili kubadilisha mara ngapi kihisi kinachunguzwa.

Mradi/Demonstration ya Moja kwa Moja
