Ovládajte servomotor z diaľky! Heltec WiFi LoRa 32 V3 Arduino tutoriál (TX)
V tomto návode používame presné náčrty z nášho projektu Heltec ESP32 LoRa V3 servo a vysvetľujeme, ako fungujú —bez pridaného kódu navyše. Dozviete sa, ako vysielač číta rotačný enkodér, zabezpečuje a posiela tento uhol cez LoRa a ako ho prijímač dešifruje a ovláda mikro-servo. Všetky odkazy na diely a kód sú nižšie, a ak objednáte cez naše affiliate odkazy, pomôžete nám pokračovať v tvorbe týchto návodov.
Inštalácia dosiek Heltec ESP32
Pridajte túto cestu do predvolieb vášho Arduino IDE, ako je ukázané vo videu:https://resource.heltec.cn/download/package_heltec_esp32_index.json
1. Vysielač (TX) – hardvér a nastavenie
Na strane TX potrebujete:
-
Dosku Heltec WiFi LoRa 32 V3 (v púzdre Meshnology N33, napájanú 3000 mAh batériou)
-
Rotačný enkodér zapojený na GPIO 6 (CLK), GPIO 5 (DT), GPIO 4 (SW)
-
OLED displej na I²C (SDA= 4, SCL= 15)
Náčrt začína zahrnutím a inicializáciou všetkého presne ako v Heltec_ESP32_LoRa_V3_Sevo_TX_AiRotaryEncoder.ino:
cppCopyEdit#include "AiEsp32RotaryEncoder.h"
#include "HT_SSD1306Wire.h"
#include "LoRaWan_APP.h"
#include "mbedtls/aes.h"
// …
static SSD1306Wire display(0x3c, 500000, SDA_OLED, SCL_OLED, GEOMETRY, RST_OLED);
AiEsp32RotaryEncoder rotaryEncoder = AiEsp32RotaryEncoder(
PIN_A, PIN_B, SW_PIN, ROTARY_ENCODER_VCC_PIN, false, true, true);
const int homePosition = 90;
const int MAX_ANGLE = 180;
int servoAngel = homePosition;
V setup() kód:
-
Zapne displej a nastaví písmo
-
Volá
rotaryEncoder.begin(),rotaryEncoder.setup(readEncoderISR),rotaryEncoder.setBoundaries(0, MAX_ANGLE, true)arotaryEncoder.setAcceleration(20) -
Resetuje enkodér na
homePosition -
Inicializuje LoRa cez
Mcu.begin(HELTEC_BOARD, SLOW_CLK_TPYE)a nastavíRadioEvents, kanál a parametre presne ako v poskytnutom náčrte.
2. Bezpečné odosielanie uhla
Každý cyklus slučky spúšťa rotary_loop(), ktorý:
-
Číta enkodér v ISR
-
Keď sa
servoAngelzmení, zabalí ho do 16-bajtového buffera, zašifruje pomocou AES-128 (encryptAES()z náčrtu) a zavolácppCopyEditRadio.Send(data, sizeof(data)); -
Nastaví
lora_idle = false, kým sa nespustíOnTxDone()a nevráti ho späť.
3. Prijímač (RX) – hardvér a nastavenie
Na strane RX potrebujete:
-
Dosku Heltec WiFi LoRa 32 V3 (rovnaké púzdro/batériu)
-
Mikro-servo (napr. SG90) na GPIO 6 (alebo akýkoľvek testovaný PWM pin)
-
OLED displej
Náčrt v Heltec_ESP32_LoRa_V3_Sevo_RX.ino začína:
cppCopyEdit#include <ESP32Servo.h>
#include "HT_SSD1306Wire.h"
#include "LoRaWan_APP.h"
#include "mbedtls/aes.h"
// …
const int servoPin = 6;
const int SERVO_DUTY_MIN = 400; // us
const int SERVO_DUTY_MAX = 2400; // us
Servo myservo;
int servoAngel = homePosition;
V setup():
-
Zapne Vext pre displej/LoRa modul (
VextON()) -
Volá
Radio.Init(&RadioEvents)a konfiguruje RX s rovnakými LoRa parametrami -
Pripojí servo pomocou
myservo.attach(servoPin, SERVO_DUTY_MIN, SERVO_DUTY_MAX)a vycentruje ho nahomePosition.
4. Príjem, dešifrovanie a ovládanie serva
Jadrom je spätné volanie OnRxDone(uint8_t *payload, …):
cppCopyEditdecryptAES((uint8_t*)rxpacket, userKey);
if (isNumber(rxpacket)) {
servoAngel = atoi(rxpacket);
myservo.write(servoAngel);
delay(15);
}
Serial.println("Angle: " + String(servoAngel));
lora_idle = true;
Dešifruje 16-bajtový blok, prevedie ho na celé číslo a okamžite aktualizuje servo.
5. Podpora PWM pinov a ladenie serva
Testovali sme tieto ESP32 piny pre PWM výstup a všetky fungujú na ovládanie mikro-serva:
CopyEdit1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 19, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 45, 47, 48
Pre štandardné SG90 náš kód používa rozsah pulzov od 400 µs (0°) do 2400 µs (180°), čo poskytuje plynulý, plný rozsah bez chvenia.
6. Schéma zapojenia
Nižšie sú zástupné symboly, kam môžete vložiť svoje TX a RX schémy:
