BH1750FVI Digital 16-bit Ambient Light Sensor I2C for Arduino
BH1750FVI is a digital ambient light sensor IC for I2C bus interface. This IC is most suitable for obtaining ambient light data to adjust the LCD and keypad backlight power of mobile phones. It can detect a wide range at high resolution. (1–65535 lx).
Features
- 1) I2C bus interface (fast/standard mode support)
- 2) Spectral response is approximately the same as human eye response
- 3) Illuminance-to-Digital Converter
- 4) Wide range and high resolution. (1–65535 lx)
- 5) Low current consumption due to power-down function
- 6) 50Hz/60Hz light noise rejection function
- 7) 1.8V logic input interface
- 8) No external parts needed
- 9) Light source dependency is minimal. (e.g., incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp, halogen lamp, white LED, sunlight)
- 10) Two types of I2C slave addresses are selectable.
- 11) Adjustable measurement result to compensate for the influence of the optical window (It is possible to detect a minimum of 0.11 lx and a maximum of 100000 lx using this function).
- 12) Small measurement variation (+/– 20%)
- 13) Infrared influence is very small.
