Flame Sensor Module for Arduino

Detects flame and sends a signal from the digital out pin.

It can detect a flame in a 760 nanometer to ~1100 nm wavelength range of light. A lighter flame can be detected at a distance of 80 cm; for larger flames, the detection distance is greater.

The detection angle is approximately 60 degrees, and it is particularly sensitive to the flame spectrum.

Sensitivity is adjustable (shown by the blue digital potentiometer adjustment).

The comparator output signal is clean, has a good waveform, and has a drive capability of more than 15 mA.

Precision potentiometer allows for sensitivity adjustment.

The working voltage is 3.3V-5V.

The output format is: DO digital switching outputs (0 and 1) and AO analog voltage output.

Fixed bolt holes are provided for easy installation.

PCB Size: 3.2cm x 1.4cm

Uses a wide voltage LM393 comparator.

Working Voltage: 3-5.5V DC;

Dimensions: 5 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm / 2" x 0.59" x 0.59" (L*W*H)
