DP suffix plastic package (DIP8) SO suffix plastic package (SOP8) The L9110 ASIC device controls and drives motor designs using two-channel push-pull power amplifier discrete circuits integrated into a monolithic IC, reducing peripheral devices and costs while improving overall reliability. This chip has two TTL/CMOS-compatible input levels with good resistance; two output terminals can directly drive the forward and reverse movement of a motor. It has a large current driving capability, with each channel supporting 750–800 mA of continuous current and a peak current capability up to 1.5–2.0 A. It also has a low output saturation voltage; built-in clamp diodes reverse the impact of inductive load current, making it safe and reliable for use in driving relays, DC motors, stepper motors, or switching power tubes. The L9110 is widely used in toy car motor drives, stepper motor drives, and switching power tube circuits.
