Exchange Policy
We do our best to offer product or services to satisfy your needs. In some circumstances a product may be defective, it will be exchanged with exact or similar product.
Return is accepted with the following conditions:

Store Credit is given Only. Store Credit is issued:

For unused, unopened product in original condition

The store credit is minus the shipping cost of this transaction (shipping cost is subtracted from the total)

15% Restocking fee applies When returning the product, the customer pays for the returned shipping cost

If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it with exact or similar product.

Exchange is offered with qualified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24 hours of product delivery
