Return and exchange policy

Exchange Policy


We do our best to offer product or services to satisfy your needs. In some circumstances a product may be defective, it will be exchanged with exact or similar product.

Return is accepted with the following conditions:

  1. We do DO NOT issue refund.

  2. Store Credit is given Only. Store Credit is issued:       

    1. For unused, unopened product in original condition

    2. The store credit is minus the shipping cost of this transaction (shipping cost is subtracted from the total)

    3. 15% Restocking fee applies When returning the product, the customer pays for the returned shipping cost

  3. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it with exact or  similar product.

  4. Exchange is offered with qualified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24 hours of product delivery
